A PASSIONATE AND CREATIVE PRODUCER
I am a passionate and creative radio producer with extensive experience in live, high profile shows. Currently leading production for Josh & Kally on Capital, across Wales. I bring energy, innovation and a deep understanding of audience engagement to every show.
Previously at the helm of The Hits Radio Breakfast Show with Leanne & Joel, I thrive in high-pressure environments and excel at crafting compelling, audience driven content. I am technically proficient with Broadcast Radio products, alongside RCS’ Zetta.
I’m quick to learn new systems, and adept at troubleshooting broadcast issues efficiently.
I have a proven track record of developing engaging programming and fostering dynamic team environments.

At the age of 15, I started out presenting in my local community radio station, Calon FM in Wrexham.
By 17, I’d secured a part time job as the station manager, and led the station to its highest listener figures in years, by focussing on format, and strategic partnerships.
My focus has rapidly shifted from wanting to be on air, to be enabling success from the sidelines. I really have a passion for making the cogs turn behind the scenes.
At the age of 19, I was offered the opportunity to become a freelancer at Bauer Media. This has now led to becoming the full time breakfast producer for Hits Radio, across the North West.
